Annie Sloan Australia Pty Ltd ACN 649 647 763 (“we”, “our”, “us”) ships all orders using Australia Post. We aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible, ensuring it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

2. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment being received.
  • During peak periods (e.g., sales, holidays), processing times may be longer.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use Australia Post’s parcel services, including:

  • Parcel Post: Estimated 2–8 business days (metro areas may be faster)
  • Express Post: Estimated 1–3 business days to most metro locations
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and Australia Post network conditions.

4. Shipping Costs

  • We offer $15 Flat Rate Shipping on all orders Australia-Wide.
  • For orders over $150 shipping is Free.

5. Tracking Your Order

After dispatch, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number.  Track your order here:

6. Delivery Conditions

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Australia Post may require a signature on delivery. If no one is available, parcels may be held at your local Post Office for collection.
  • Once Australia Post marks an order as “delivered,” we are not liable for loss or theft.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.

8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Provide your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable).
    We will liaise with Australia Post to investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Usage Licence

  • You retain copyright ownership of your photos.
  • By submitting with #YESAnnie, you grant Annie Sloan Interiors a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use your photos on:
    • Annie Sloan’s websites, including product pages and editorial/advertising content
    • Annie Sloan’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter)
    • Email marketing, including newsletters
    • Advertising campaigns (PR, press, direct mail, online ads) — we will contact you separately for permission if used in campaigns.
