1. Our Commitment
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and repair or replacement for other acceptable quality failures.
2. Change of Mind Returns
At our discretion, returns for change of mind are accepted if:
- Requested within 14 days of receipt
- Item is unused, unopened, in original packaging
- Proof of purchase provided
- You cover return shipping costs
3. Returns Information
Under Australian Consumer Law, consumers are entitled to refunds or replacements for goods and services that have major problems, don’t match descriptions, or are unfit for purpose.
- We accept returns of unopened and unused items within 21 days of purchase.
- We do not accept returns on custom orders, cut fabric, clearance, or final sale items.

4. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with order details and photos. We will arrange replacement, repair, or refund at no extra cost.
5. Returning Items
Contact support@anniesloan.com.au before returning. Use secure, tracked postage and include proof of purchase.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds to original payment method within 10 business days (processing times may vary).
